Topic 12: Maps and the World Google Maps has many exciting features to help you explore. Go to Google and select "Maps." Activity 1: Get directions from your house to a place in the United States you would like to visit. Next click on the bike and get the directions for riding a bike to that place. Activity 2: Choose "My Maps" and watch the video. Make a map of a city you would like to visit in another country, including pictures and symbols.
Marie and all... please go ahead and pop your ideas into the proper activity... and write up what they should do... we want to make this fun and not like school... :) What do you think of using your tools to create mashup image as the title of the page? If you don't like it - go ahead and remove it. -C
